Exercise to enhance your sexual ability




Physical fitness is the ability of the body to perform in any given activity. While Sex on its own part is an exercise that involves physical co – ordination of the muscles.

Exercising the body, affects the chemistry of the body such as blood circulation, digestion, building of hormones and enzymes. Our body needs exercise to perform effectively just like what happens in the mechanical world, many machines require periodic activation even when not in actual use they are started always in other to prevent the machine from deterioration and eventually becoming useless. Continual stretching and flexing of the muscles is very vital to good health.


START WITH ONE OF THESE MANY PROGRAMMES DESIGNED FOR GENERAL FITNESS

There are many simple exercise to start with to improve our physical fitness. Jogging or deep knee bending, Jumping jacks, Toe touches, e.t.c. are very effective. 

You should give considerable attention to the lower part of the back, the lumbar area because the male sex nerves are around the third, fourth and fifth lumbars.

These are some exercises that are capable of strengthening the pelvic like standing erect, with feet apart, beginning at the head, twist the body to one side as you can. Then the other sides try and do this several times.

Lying flat on your back with the knee bent or straight, if bent push your body up from the floor as high as you can. Lastly, kneeling on the floor on both kneels keep your back in an erect position, move your pelvic clockwise.

This simple exercise as you may see it, strengthens the muscles of the penis and prostrate. Just imagine that you have to urinate but there is no toilet nearby. You will contract and then relax the muscles controlling this function. Do this 1 to 15 times, twice daily.

All these exercises will not only make you an attractive partner to the opposite sex but also makes you sexy. Especially if you are weakened from the sedentary nature of your life. Try these exercise and remember no man can be a good sex partner with a “trick back” and before long, you will see the value of exercising for sex sake.
