Sagging skin is disgusting and gives the owner an ugly look. Though there may be other reasons for its occurrence, aging weight loss and smoking are the major causes of sagging skin.


However, the situation can be corrected with the right knowledge and routine. Here are the simple and easy ways to prevent sagging skin.

·       Eat food such as salmon, avocado and olive oil and foods that are rich in Vitamins, minerals and fatty acid.
·       Get enough sleep and always make out time to unwind, because inability to unwind after a hectic day’s work takes its toll on the skin.
·       Drink more water to keep you hydrated.
·       Avoid or reduce the intake of beverages that can dehydrate the skin.
