What you eat goes a long way in improvement of your health sexually. Infact there is more in eating than the taste bud from eating. After all, you will be eating more nourishing food while removing many of the ampty calorie intakes. Over eating bring about over – weight that can changes your overall appearance, affect your health and energy and certainly make you unattractive to your partner. Consume less food, but never feel hungry and also try to eliminate “junk foods”.
